Our electrostatics powder coating system was installed on an area of 1,000 m2 and a fully automatic conveyor system was coupled.

Our coating system consists of three phases:

1. System cleaning (pre-process)

2. Powder coating implementation (manual or robotic)

3. Oven drying

The products are protected against corrosion with electrostatic powder paint and visualized in the desired colors
